Esta entrada aborda la importancia de desarrollar <strong>habilidades<\/strong> del siglo XXI para garantizar la relevancia y el \u00e9xito continuo de trabajadores y organizaciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1.Identificaci\u00f3n de habilidades del siglo XXI:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las habilidades del siglo XXI van m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las habilidades t\u00e9cnicas y se centran en <strong>competencias<\/strong> denominadas <strong>blandas<\/strong>, es decir, todas aquellas cualidades que se relacionan con la forma en que una persona se <strong>comunica e interact\u00faa<\/strong> con las dem\u00e1s. Incluimos en ellas: el <strong>pensamiento cr\u00edtico<\/strong>, la <strong>resoluci\u00f3n de problemas<\/strong>, la <strong>creatividad<\/strong>, la <strong>colaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong>, la <strong>comunicaci\u00f3n efectiva<\/strong>, el <strong>liderazgo<\/strong>, la <strong>empat\u00eda<\/strong>, la <strong>actitud positiva<\/strong>, la <strong>actitud proactiva<\/strong> y la <strong>alfabetizaci\u00f3n digital<\/strong>. Estas habilidades son esenciales para prosperar en un entorno laboral que exige <strong>flexibilidad y adaptabilidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ya son varias las <a href=\"https:\/\/riunet.upv.es\/bitstream\/handle\/10251\/188579\/Lluch%20-%20Estudio%20sobre%20el%20exito%20laboral%20a%20partir%20de%20la%20resiliencia%20y%20el%20analisis%20y%20resolucion%20de%20p....pdf?sequence=1\">investigaciones<\/a> que demuestran que las <strong>habilidades<\/strong> del siglo XXI est\u00e1n estrechamente vinculadas al <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/revistasinvestigacion.esic.edu\/esicmarket\/index.php\/esicm\/article\/view\/286\/675\">\u00e9xito laboral<\/a>*<\/strong>.
